Musicians out of the Holocaust by Levi Griffith (Lloyd International Honors College, UNCG): This multimedia project contains audio narrations, including readings of selections from Holocaust survivor testimonies. The musical score is an original creation by the student specifically for this project. Levi, at the time a first-year music student, explores the experiences of some musicians during the Holocaust and how music played a role in surviving and in later readjustment. The presentation concludes with a detailed reference list featuring the Shoah Foundation Institute Visual History Archives (full access is available for UNCG faculty, staff, and students on campus).
